I just watched the movie Julie & Julia last night. It was about the cook Julia and blogging. It made realize that I want and should start blogging weekly or even daily. Hello, So its been a little over a month since I wrote. A lot has happened since a month ago. I rented my rental. Woo Hoo. Right after I wrote that last blog I got it rented. One of the girls stayed so I needed to rent 2 of the rooms and I did. I hope they stay for a while. Now that it is rented I can relax a little bit. I really wanted to go burning man and my friends had a blast but I will go next year. In a couple weeks I am going to a 2 day camping mini burning man called decom. The last month work has been good. I have been busy teaching parties, selling DVD's and working daily on my biz. Striptease 101 DVD is on Amazon. I am trying to take it easy during the week and work out a lot. I started this work out class a couple months ago called the bar method. It is a mixture of pilates, yoga, stretching and ballet. I love it. I am also doing a little more cardio. I love food and I eat pretty well when I am home but when I am out I eat and enjoy my wine. I am going to try real hard the next 2 months to do the bar method 3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week and eat at home more and eat really good. I want to get real fit and see the results right before the holidays. I am feeling good and already seeing results but want to see more. My website is coming a long. I want to find a web guy who would be interested in getting it off the ground with me. That is the thing I always have lots of ideas but I need to put it in action. End Of Summer Special At Home Parties

Hi Today is August 19th. Lately I have been thinking a lot during hard times and figuring out what is important to me. I know I love San Diego, my family, my friends, my pug Bailey, love cooking and enjoying other restaurants, traveling, enjoying wine. I started reading more and started a new book club. I also love what I teach. I feel like my striptease lap dance lessons is not a job. Every time I teach a workshop and meet the new women and see them smile and shine it makes me feel like I did something great that day. This is bachelorette season so I have been teaching a party almost every weekend. I am pretty happy that I am keeping myself busy during this recession. We all wish were busier. I am grateful for what I have been doing. I also love the marketing aspect of my business. I love getting on the computer and advertising all over the internet to get ebyresa and striptease lap dance lessons on top of the search engines. I have a couple summer specials going on.I started a $10.00 Intro Teaser Striptease Class. Most women who take this class will sign up for another workshop. Most are taking the 3.5 Striptease 101 Class and buying the DVD's. Monday I had 6 girls join the class. It was awesome. My at home parties during the week are $50.00 OFF. Sunday thru Wednesday an at home party is $15.00 per girl instead of $20.00 per girl for an hour min 10 girls. If less than 10 girls it is $150.00. You pick the location, girls, food , drinks ect and I come out and teach the party. The one on one lessons are also on Summer Discount. $50.00 an hour instead of $69.00. Spread the word. I am excited t see where ebyresa takes me. I just love it and can't wait for it to grow. During this time I know I would love to teach my classes all over the world and travel while doing it. I feel like my condo DT won't let me do that unless I sell it. I decided in a couple years ( if the real estate market levels out) I can sell it and move back to my rental in Serra Mesa or move to a one bedroom apartment no more than $1000.00 a month. Than I can travel and not feel stuck. Right now I am trying to rent my rental. I usually get it rented right away. Not this time. It shows that people can't afford it and there are many more houses and condos on the market. Tough times. Because I can't rent it, I decided not to go to burning man this year. It's been a stressful month and I feel like if I go I wouldn't be focusing on what I need to focus on. Renting it out or getting some one in that week. I feel optimistic and everything happens for a reason. It will get rented and my biz will do great and good times ahead. I see it happening and hope do to. Well have a great hump day. The last 3 days I have relaxed and enjoyed every moment. Last week went out every day with friends in town. Tonight going to a hump day happy hour with a girlfriend and tomorrow going out with my old roommate. We are going to catch up. Friday night I have a date and we are going to grab some sushi. Been going out a lot, partying, not much traveling. I am heading to LA to visit the family this weekend. Beginning of September going to Burning Man. Social Life has been a lot of fun. I ended up not doing the scavenger hunt for my bday. We had a great day. Went to Aqua Day Spa and got a massage. Got a mani an pedi. That night went to Nobu at Hard Rock. Oh My God- So good. The food there is awesome. After that went dancing and partied at Fleetwood. I was supposed to go to New Orleans right after that. We ended up not going. Airplane delays and we decided not to go. Rebecca and I went to Pechanga Wine Country for the night. We had so much fun. Great dinner, great drinks,company and we had so much fun. Last weekend Rebecca and I went to Santa Barbara for the weekend. My friend Dave had a 60th birthday party. He rented a huge house and had his friends party and stay up there. We had a blast. I saw some old friends I haven't seen for awhile. Partied and enjoyed every moment. Saturday night there was a dance room with a pole. The other room was a dungeon room. We had different costume changes. I changed into 5 different lingerie and costumes. What a weekend. I am done partying for a moment. It took a couple days to get back on track. Now my goal is to work full fledge on my DVD Sales. I have many more ideas in the works.Please spread the word. No one special. Partying a little to much. This week taking it easy. I am staying home all week and cooking, watching TV, movies, relaxing and going to bed early. I am already filing better. This weekend I am going to try to take it easy. I have a friend coming in town so maybe dinner. The weekend after April 25th is My bday. I can't believe it. I have a busy week that week. Today is February 24th 2009. I am at Influx coffee shop working on the biz. The last 4 weeks I have been going up to Sun City to finish the DVD. It looks great. Really hip cool new wine bar in North Park. I went there this last weekend and had a great time. My roommate Carly and I went there to share an appetizer and a bottle of wine. Good Times. Sunday day I went to an Oscar Party in my condo. They played some movie trivia games, drank some mimosas and met some great neighbors. That night relaxed at home and watched the Oscars. Yesterday I worked and finally a great busy day. I haven't had a busy day like that in months. I hope every day is like that. Last night met a guy for some drinks and appetizers. It was a nice night. This morning I got up early and my new thing is to take a long walk in my neighborhood. My dog gets tired but it is good for both of us. I feel awake and a live doing it. Today working on the biz and working at the club the rest of the week. I was planning on going up to Sun City one more time to clean up and finish the promo trailer for the how to dvd's. Yeah It's Friday and I am getting a lot done

Today is Friday January 16th. I am at the coffee house right now putting the software into my new computer. I am going to get this music project done this week and get this DVD done. I feel very productive this year. It is going to be a great year for EbyResa. I would love my classes to fill up and they are starting to this month but I understand that people are saving there money during the recession. My classes are a lot of fun and very sexy and helpful. I have many teaser, striptease 101 and classes this month and next. I had my first sexy women and wine of the year last night at the Wine Cabana. There were 15 sexy fun girls. I am looking forward to maybe teaching workshops there and holding the sexy women and wine event there again. Next month I booked the first Exotic Networking event of the Year. It is going to be February 5th. Mark your calenders. It has been about 6 months since the last one. I wanted to start the new year off right. I miss seeing everyone. We went to East Village Tavern to watch the game. It was pretty disappointing that they lost. No one talked about it this week. Pretty bummed. It won't be the same this weekend. Happy New Year 2009 and Ideas for this Month

Hello. Today is Thursday January 8th. Its been almost a month since I wrote. It was a good month. I had a nice time in December and the holidays. Business was slow. I am still in the process of finishing the music for the dvd. I have to finish it in the next 2 weeks. I will be meeting with my web guy than. I want to go there put the music in the clips, do the chapters and get it finished. It is already taking to long. Finally picking that music guy Clive and than he turned into an unprofessional it is taking a little bit longer. The clips to buy are almost on my website. I am waiting for my web guy to finish that. I will also have shirts to sell in the next month. Email me to order. Lets chat about what I did the end of the month. I went to LA for a couple days for Christmas. That was really nice. I enjoyed seeing the family. My rental had some plumbing and fence issues. That was stressful. It was hard because I needed to get in touch with my neighbors to share 1/2 of the total for the neighborly fence. Robin helped out but I am still waiting to do the other fence. Hopefully in the next month. I want to start doing some work at my condo. I want to paint my walls. That is it. I need to get that done. I am happy that I got one fence done and fixed the plumbing. New Years came along fast. I did not have any big plans. I went to my girlfriend Karens house. We made some appetizers, drank wine. About 12 people showed up. We played bowling wii, and rock band. We were there at midnight. It was casual but a lot of fun. We ended up going to a couple bars and had some drinks after midnight. The next morning we got up early and partied all day in Pacific Beach. We had a lot of fun. I was in bed sleeping by 8ish New Years Day. That weekend I relaxed and watched the Chargers WIN Yeah right on my couch. This week I am started the week off right. I have been working a lot. Tuesday I worked on the biz all day. I planned all my classes and events this month. I sent out a newsletter and advertised it all over. I have some great workshops. I have teaser striptease lessons, the sexy women and wine event. This month it is at the wine cabana in old town. I am dong the BJ Hand Job workshop and the striptease 101. I have a couple parties booked this month. Yeah! Starting off right.
